There are so many Free and Very useful Real Estate tools

on the Internet that your Realtor is too lazy to use.

Fire them NOW,

go FSBO and lets get down to really buying and selling real estate.

Realtor classes teach that Realtors need to tell buyers

is the stove is nice and where the hot water comes out at.

Realtors assume that buyers do not have a brain and

must be told everything and will buy whatever

the listing agent tells them about a house.

The MLS system is hard to navigate, search engines are easy to navigate, they keep you out of the MLS and seemingly with great success, they want you to think you can only get the data through the MLS, Realtor.com or one of the sites the National Association of Realtors owns.  It is Wrong, you have the right to know what is for sale without calling a Realtor to fumble through the database for you.

“I don’t know if I have any questions I am an Idiot”  it actually says this on Matthew Ferrara’s blog, he claims that Buyers are idiots and that Realtors must lead them around and tell them what they are looking at.  Folks you Need to know what Realtors know and what they think about you so that you can protect yourself.

I could go into any town, USA and fly by the seat of my pants.  I will look at the street names as I go by so that I can tell you about a home I sold on one of them.  I will listen to you talk and by the time we get to the home I will know your likes and dislikes, and what I don’t pick up I will get out of you as we move in to look at the property, and you won’t even know.  I could easily make up information about the town or neighborhood and you may not even know.  The point I am making here is that a Good Realtor is playing to faces and not the hand that is dealt.  Many times at the Poker table I have won really big hands with Nothing.  I did this by watching the players, listing to them groan, watching their body language, and their betting, this way I know if I can come in strong and push them out, even if they have a better hand.  In real estate the Realtor can play your face, your actions, your body language and make that sale without needing to know your hand, what you really need, what will hurt you.  They WILL get the Sale.

Realtors Think Buyers are idiots.  Folks you Need to KNOW more.

Don’t ask the Realtors questions, make a list and find out answers yourself.

The Realtor may not know or may make something up as fast as you can ask.

If they cannot react that fast than the Real Estate Industry will take them out.

I like to let people drive separately so they can talk about the property without my input.  I recommend you DO NOT drive to and from the property with your Realtor.  If your in your own car, you can take notes and discuss the home as you leave in a candid open space, without the input of the Realtor.

The MLS is hard to use, has horrible photos, weird virtual tours and is so NOT user friendly.

Who Cares ....  They have a monopoly, they are allowed to keep it and You Lose.

Realtors do Control the Market, control who comes into town, controls the database   and if a “Newcomer” wants to change things they better “think again”

The Supposed Profession of “Realtor” needs to be done away with.  The Realtor is not given the proper training to protect the consumer and therefore is NOT, in any way good for the Real Estate Consumer.

Lots of Industry go under, go away or become obsolete, Now is the Time to End the Profession of Realtor.  They are Simply Not Needed in the Real Estate transaction, all they do is blow up smoke and make it look like they are needed and most of the time they walk away with the most money.

It is impossible to watch all the Brokers or to Provide Real Quality control that is in the best interest of the consumer.  Just End the Profession, let banks into real estate and even then only let folks who really are training in contract law, home valuation, red flags with construction, engineering basics….  It is in the Best interest of the consumer and it makes sense.
