Many REALTORS say I Quit Because I Failed ..

and they think I am just bitter
because I could not make a living at real estate.

 

That is no Where Near the Truth.


I QUIT because I Succeeded.

 

 I was and am Very Good At Real Estate.

However, I am left with a horrible distaste
that I can't really protect my consumer.

 


I Quit because the National Association of Realtors Claims
to be  of a "Higher Standard" and NAR Claims
to somehow insist that their members
Follow a Strict Code of Ethics.  

 

When in Fact it is NOT True.

 

 

I Quit Because There was No Way that
I could Protect You in the real estate transaction.

 

 

There is No Way To Protect You From
the Realtors that Lie, no way to protect you
From Blatant Non-Disclosure among UnEthical Realtors.

 

 

I Want to Empower the Real Estate Consumer.

why Does NAR keep on
Recruiting New Unsuspecting Realtors
with the Lies of Ethics, Higher Standards
and a Professional Standing in Which
they Have No Intention nor Do they
make any Real Effort to uphold.


 

 

I want the Association of Realtor
to Get out of the Real Estate Business.

 

 

NAR has Become Real Estate
and they are the Voice of the Real Estate Industry..

 


But it should not be this way.

NAR speaks for their Bottom Line
and NOT for the Real Estate Consumer.

 

the National Association or Realtors
is an "Association" it is not a State Run,
or Federally Run Real Estate Regulation Committee.

 

 

It is private business and it is Big Business.

 

NAR lobbys Your government agencies

for what is best for Realtors

and most of the time they Win.

Realtors, NAR - the Association is  out for their bottom line
