From Blatant Non-Disclosure among UnEthical Realtors.

is an "Association" it is not a State Run,
or Federally Run Real Estate Regulation Committee.
It is private business and it is Big Business.
NAR lobbys Your government agencies
for what is best for Realtors
and most of the time they Win.

and they need as many members as they can get in order to
make hundreds of millions of dollars off of these particular things.
Once they have all of these members in place
and growing such as it is right now.
And they have all of your real estate listings.
They Use this "Content" to Get More People to their Website
to Sell Advertising Space and to Sell your Potential Buyers STUFF...

This creates a website that is worth billions. This website uses the photos and data from your sales and the information on all the realtors around the United States and all of the other countries that are members of the Association of realtors, this content creates a wonderful space for advertisers to pay to be on.
Realtors and the National Association of Realtors Use you
To make every aspect of their business profitable.
The last Internet marketing course that my company intended,
that was put on by the National Association of Realtors
was about subscribing to more realtor websites,
Realtor owned technology and basically more things to do
to promote the National Association of Realtors and was
not about real Internet Marketing that would actually

My choices were to give up, to walk away from real estate
with an attitude of “well this is just not for me”
But I cannot do that. I am good at real estate,
I can sell real estate but I can’t Protect YOU,
the consumer, and that eats me up inside.

I cannot tell you how heartbreaking, frustrating,
and disturbing it was for me to watch Realtors rip
Peoples lives from them, push them around, tell them what to do and
how to do it and act like they are the only ones who really
know what is going on while at the same time
taking HUGE ridiculous Commission and
walking away from the Closing table with more money
than my clients and it being ILLEGAL for me
to give my clients cash back to help them out.
This is just a small amount of the
Incredible Injustices I witnessed
as a Realtor, as Broker Owner.
I want to Share What I have Learned with You.
I got My Brokers Real Estate License
after being a Realtor - real estate agent
for ONE year, I took a week class to get my
agents license, and I took another week -
the same EXACT class a year later to
Get My Broker's License And I was then
Allowed by State Law to Own a Real Estate
Business, participate in your financial future,
advise you on real estate contracts, and show you homes
with no construction or engineering knowledge and with
No Real Training to Actually Protect You.
And I was able to Supervise as Many agents
as I could get to sign up. I was licensed in Multiple
States and away I went.
I was Quickly Dis-Illusioned.
I wanted to Protect You.
I wanted to Give you Cheaper Commissions.
I wanted to Give you Cash Back at Closing.
I wanted to get you in there to make an offer
and get a fair deal.
I would show you homes and if the Seller lied
or something bad happened I just knew
that me Errors and Ommission Insurance
would protect you - the Buyer.
I put my Hand over my Heart and
I Pledged Allegiance as I recited the
Realtor Codes of Ethics,
Fully Believing with ALL my Heart
that the Realtors really were the way to go
and that any Real Estate Agent that was
not a Member of the
National Association of Realtor
simply had no integrity and
Would Not be Able to Protect My Client.
I QUICKLY learned that Having My
Own Office and being a Member
of the National Association of Realtors
was No Big Deal and that the Lies, Boycotts,
Coverups, False Data, Buyers being cheated out of deals,
my listings would not be shown if I offered less commission,

to “close the deal”.
Though there are some folks with integrity
in those industries, the real estate industry in its entirety
is so corrupt, misleading and in such a chaotic mess
that there is no way to stand up and fight
for the consumer even if you are an honest person
in one of these industries that REALLY does
want to do right by the consumer.
